On 27th November 2010. I went to the Coakers walk in Kodaikanal.
The walk winding around mt. Nebo. It is a narrow pedestrian path, constructed by Lt. Coaker in 1872, a one kilometer mountain road which runs along the edge of steep slopes on the southern side of Kodai road which is 1/2km away from Kodai.
I took these haunting pictures of the rock that has an engraving dating 1872 "COAKER'S WALK 1872"
I went on the walk with my good friends Anil, Sriram, Pratap, Moni (in Picture) Prasanna and me out of the picture.
